These guys and gals are the best. We had an emergency and we were being rushed as an open house was coming fast. JLP had our backs. They even came out and started the job, the forecast changed and they let me know they would return the next day so rain would not hurt the finished product. Extremely professional and courteous. The driveway looks great. I highly recommend JLP Sealcoat. They may be a little higher priced than the guy knocking on doors with a pickup...but every cent more is an investment in 4 times the quality. Doug of Fremont NH

We have a big, long driveway that is about 20 years old, and showing its age. JLP has been sealing it for the past 6 or 7years. It was looking pretty rough this year. The team at JLP made it look like new. We have been very happy with their customer service, and their advice. We would highly recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer of JLP for years, having them sealcoat my driveway every other season. Unfortunately, my experience in 2025 was a disaster. Because I only requested crack-filling this year, I felt deprioritized and was pushed to the bottom of the schedule despite calling early. Jason finally scheduled the work for the third week of November with temperatures between 20-25°F . Despite my concerns about freezing temperatures (which fall well below the 50°F industry standard for curing), Jason ignored my calls leading up to the appointment. When he arrived, he was hostile and argumentative, ultimately bullying me into proceeding with the job. Predictably, the sealcoat never cured or adhered. It began peeling during the first winter plowing and continues to come up in sheets. I am out $1,237.50 for a failed job and Jason is now dodging my texts. Save your money—if he tries to schedule you in freezing weather, turn him away.
