What to weigh before calling is the depth of the history rather than anything anyone has complained about. Fourteen reviews over four years is a thin base to judge a crew on, and none of them describes a job that went sideways, which means there is no public record of how this company handles a problem. If your project is a straightforward interior repaint or a deck refinish, the recent history points squarely that way. For a larger or more complicated scope, ask for addresses of recent jobs at that scale and get the schedule and the surface prep spelled out in the written estimate.

Julio and his team were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly professional to work with from the time of the estimate to the finished product. Julio was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions during the estimate, and he and his team did an exceptional job on our interior painting. We hired them to paint the entire interior of our home and now we cannot wait to host our friends and family to show off how fabulous our walls look! I had Julio and his crew paint my entire interior of our new build that consisted of high ceilings up to 15' and 4000+ sq feet of total space. All the trim, doors, base etc. All the flooring was down, kitchen and counters were installed, all the doors have black hardware. Amazingly the hardware does not have a speck of paint on them. No idea how they accomplished that! They came in, quickly setup, masking the entire house, the floors, the kitchen and any surface that should NOT have paint was covered. They were quick, very detailed and professional. They did an exceptional job filling in the nail holes, divots in the trim, sheetrock or even in the doors. Other contractors commented on the quality of the work during the painting. I could not be happier with their service. Julio is a very easy guy to talk to and takes customer service seriously. I plan to have them back next summer to help with some outside trim that I need painting. Wonderful crew.

JM Lux Painting was awesome! I found them through a google search so as you might expect I was apprehensive, as I would’ve been no matter who I chose, not knowing them “from a hole in the wall.” Wow, did I luck out! Julio is a great communicator and kept me updated every step of the way, from the start of the project until the very end. He is the most polite contractor I have ever worked with and it was a real pleasure doing business with him. These guys were professional, courteous, and the finished project was nothing short of amazing. I am still in awe with the end results. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
