Joaquim v gomes painting

One 2022 homeowner hired Joaquim Gomes to paint a 116-year-old house that hadn't been painted in 30 years, and found it needed far more than paint: loose stair treads and risers, porch handrails, rotted fascia boards, gutters. She wrote that he arranged all of that pre-painting work in a timely manner before the paint went on. Joaquim V. Gomes Painting is a Pawtucket, Rhode Island painter, and its written history sits entirely in 2022: 16 ratings on Angi and 16 on HomeAdvisor, averaging 4.8 on each. The jobs customers described that year run from exterior house painting to a repainted fence, interior ceilings and a hallway, and a deck he power washed and stained, sides included, after pointing out the house needed washing too. Another 2022 customer said he and a colleague had their house painted 72 hours after the first conversation; another said he started within two days at a reasonable price. Several reviews mention him coming back after a job was finished to handle a small task. Not every 2022 account was spotless. One customer wrote that he was not on time, though he stayed all day staining a table top and came back the next day to finish the poly coats. The Rhode Island registry now shows its contractor registration, GC-36785, held by Joaquim V. Gomes, as expired. The company's Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles describe it as fully licensed and insured.
