John G Sears & Son

I am addressing one issue only: the lack of follow-up. I placed four calls to the new company that acquired John Sears & Sons, and I never received any response or follow-up communication. At this point, the original subject matter is no longer material. My concern is the absence of any acknowledgment or follow-up despite multiple attempts to reach out. Thank you.

Called for a spring clean of the property. Tried to get a date of service but no one got back to me to confirm. The company quoted a price and stated I would be contacted if any change in price. I was never informed of service date and clean up occurred when I was not home. Price was exorbitant, well above quote. Tabatha, the manager, would not call me back and insisted on only communicating through email. This business has been around for years. Sad that this is their customer service today. Update- the response from the company is just not true. There were ZERO EMAILS from them until I got a bill! There was no effort to speak to me by phone once they were back up.

Woke up to John Sears landscapers at my house when they were finishing up (didn't hire them) they accidentally did my lawn instead of my neighbors and it is the BEST landscape job i have ever had done. After talking to the sweetest receptionist I am now officially a full time customer and fired my guy. An accidental mow turned into a very very pleased now new customer. Thank you John Sears for the mixup. I am the happiest woman with the outcome!!!

Owner Rick was easy to work with and had great suggestions for how to clean up my yard in preparation for my house to go on the market. I was amazed by the incredible yard transformation his team orchestrated in two days. My lot is now so neat and tidy, increasing the curb appeal of my property. I would definitely use only John G Sears & Son going forward. Such a dramatic change and expert attention to detail.

Couldn't be happier with John G Sears & Son Inc. Landscape Contractors. They've done a couple projects and always do a great job. They've exceeded my expectations on every level. Looking forward to working with Rick, Melissa, Eric and the rest of the crew again.
