Josy's Cleaning Services

Josy's Cleaning Services is an Ipswich house-cleaning business that runs on one name and one reputation: virtually every review names Josy directly, some going back as long as five years, and the same three words keep recurring — thorough, punctual, reliable. The volume behind that pattern isn't small either: 27 Google reviews, every one five stars. The written record runs from 2023 to 2026 and stays consistent rather than clustering around a single good stretch. Long-tenured clients describe a genuine relationship, not a transaction — one 3-bedroom household has used the team for almost five years, and another has kept the same crew member, Maria, "for years." Specific jobs back up the reputation: a 2026 review described a deep clean of a single-tenant apartment thorough enough to include the refrigerator, and another detailed the actual cleaning routine — vacuuming under furniture and heating registers, dusting every surface, leaving bathrooms and kitchens spotless. The client base extends past ordinary households. In a 2023 review, a real estate agent said she hires Josy for deep cleans ahead of new listings and would use her for weekly cleanings too, adding that her own clients "have all loved her." A 2026 review from a small business owner said the same team now cleans their local business weekly. Several reviewers also mention comfort with pets in the home and flexibility around last-minute requests and elderly clients' schedules. There's nothing negative in the record to flag — the 26 reviews on file carry no complaints. For anyone in the Ipswich area looking for a residential cleaner with a long, stable client roster — or a light-commercial or listing-prep job — this is a team with a track record built almost entirely on repeat business.
