Jeff was very professional, identified our pest, treated for it and explained what, how and why.

We called JP Pest Services in the spring about wasps. They were so honest and told me that treatment would not be successful in the spring and to call at the end of summer. We called as soon as the nests started forming and they were out in a week. Phil was our pest control king. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing to treat the home. He went through everything with my daughter and then again with me when I arrived home. He was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. This was our first experience with JP Pest Services and I am completely impressed with all aspects of their customer service and responsiveness. We are so happy to know we will be covered for everything from bees to ants to mice! Thank you Phil and JP!

We recently took over a building who had already employed JP Pest. As a property manager I had received mixed reviews in the past and was weary of the service we may receive. I was absolutely blown away by Aaron from JP Pest. I have never seen a pest technician take so much care in getting to know tenants, owners, managers, etc. and actually make people feel comfortable for coming into their homes for what many times is a sensitive subject. Aaron has given myself and our tenants the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this company after this experience.
