Just The Basics Housecleaning

Spoke with the owner for 25 min, explained that my house is very clean, but recently the deep cleaning items had fallen behind and that 2x a month id like to have 1 person come and focus on one area for 2HRS. Examples i gave: cleaning one bathroom from top to bottom only, walls doors, baseboards, the fan.. you know.. the stuff you don’t necessarily clean everyday. I doubled back and expressed continuously that i dont need the whole house lightly cleaned, bc i clean almost daily but the nooks & crannies was what i wanted attention paid to and that i didnt want to pay a service i had to babysit so having someone that could follow verbal (and written) instructions was important to me. I explained that in the past with other services, no matter the means i used to bridge the gap (using apps.. calling friends to translate) that a language barrier had been an issue. I was assured all of my concerns were heard, noted and we agreed to have 1 person to come for 2 hours. Ok heres where it gets good…two people show up, i dont think anything of it really, bc perhaps they only have 1 hour so they sent 2 people instead of 1 person for 2 hours… Neither of the women introduced themselves and let me know they don’t speak English. I bring them to my kitchen, which is 10x12 space, no dishes in the sink, nothing on the countertops… floors were swept at 7PM last night. I show them a 7 item list i had written...but realized it was of no use. I then do my best to point out areas id like them to work on . I get told : yes yes yes. 2 hours later, i had to text the owner (bc again, they don’t understand anything i say) and let her know they have hit a 2 hour mark -AND i havent been asked if they should continue…they should stop bc their time is up. I am told is $115, again I agreed to pay $70. I pay the $115… bc it wasnt their fault, their boss set them up for failure. They continue to clean for another 25 min and i was then texted that the amount i sent wasnt enough $$ bc they did an additional half hour. Yeah; no. What a scam None of the items i wanted cleaned were cleaned, like the oven or inside my drawers. Everything is coated in cheap cleaning product film and i honestly cant tell what was cleaned. I sent photos i am posting here. No apology, no credit towards future cleaning. Was told they couldn’t finish bc they had to rush out. I could clean faster and better with a blindfold on. Do not use this company. What a joke.

I would like to say it's my first time receiving cleaning service with you the reason why I gave 2 stars because my cat was let out of my room without permission other than that Sonya did a good job cleaning apart from not cleaning my faucet and half of my toilet bowl was clean and Sonya broken one of my drinking glasses unfortunately I won't be rehiring

Mised a lot of areas and not great cleaners

We scheduled this cleaning service through our rental agency. The cleaning was very I satisfactory and many items not completed. We ended up cleaning after the so called deep clean. The owner then said there was an issue with the person that cleaned our house and came back to clean blinds that were not dusted. She still proceeded to charge the hours they supposedly cleaned. We have instructed our rental agency to never use this cleaner again. They scam you with the hours as they certainly don’t clean in that timeframe or clean in general.
