Walls "like glass so smooth": that is how a 2025 customer described the walls of a she-shed after Ken of K T Plastering Inc did the work. That 2025 customer said Ken fit the job in while he was busy, was punctual, left the space cleaner than before he started and did not want payment until the end. A 2023 customer said Ken Turgeon estimated the cost, explained how he would protect the floors and clean up after he finished, and was true to his word. In a 2021 review, a customer said Ken would not accept payment until the job was completed and that the walls of a bathroom and ceiling came out "as smooth as glass." A 2021 customer who spotted Ken's truck said he called back that night, met them the next morning and gave a fair estimate a few days later. That 2021 customer said Ken and his sons completed the repair work and left a very clean work area. A 2024 customer said the K T Plastering team cleaned up after themselves to the point "you couldn't even tell they had worked." A 2022 BuildZoom reviewer who had only the ceilings done said the job was rushed and that where the ceilings met the wall was horrible; that customer said they had to fix almost every edge. In a 2021 BuildZoom review, a customer called the work sloppy and careless and said not to hire him.
