The absolute BEST!! We had our things in storage for 6 years with Kaster. Everything was delivered with organization, care, the men had such great attitudes, worked together as a team. I will definitely use them again for sure!

I used this company for a local move about ten years ago. After the move, my belongings remained in their storage facility under their control and were not accessed by me during that entire time. Only recently were the items released and delivered to me by another moving company. When the shipment arrived, multiple pieces of furniture and a number of household and decorative items, including silver, brass pieces, and crystal, were missing. The missing items include antique furniture and Tiffany silver with an estimated value exceeding $10,000. Because the items remained in their storage facility for many years, I had no visibility into their handling during that time. I contacted the company, provided photos (four examples are attached here) and documentation, and followed up several times, but I have not received any response or explanation. I'm sharing this experience so others can be aware when entrusting belonging to their moving and storage arrangements. I would still welcome a response or explanation from the company. Update (August 2026): Following my original review, the company president publicly responded and asked me to contact him directly so he could personally review my account and work toward a resolution. I appreciated that response and emailed him twice, providing my contact information and requesting the opportunity to discuss the matter. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. I have now made repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, responded to the president's invitation to contact him, and also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. The company did not respond to the BBB complaint, and despite the president's public commitment to investigate, I have still received no explanation regarding the disappearance of my belongings while they were in the company's storage facility. I continue to hope the company will address this matter in good faith.

Prompt, neat, careful, efficient and courteous... What more could you ask for in a moving company? The move was quoted and scheduled for 6 hours and the guys arrived right on time and were done in 3. Well done Kaster! I will use this company again.

From scheduling, to the guys arriving for the move, they made a stressful event so much less stressful! The guys were awesome, they took care of all of my furniture and it went much more quickly than I thought it would. I don't want to move again, but if I do, I'll call Kaster moving.
