Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you are looking to work with people who care more about billable time than working to help you achieve your goals while respecting and understanding your budget, even if that means having candid conversations with you regarding your expectations. A lot of money was spent and not one improvement to our property was made prior to us deciding to end our contract. We were left with chicken scratch on paper and a Pinterest Board of pictures we mostly supplied. We spent a whole day (and paid for) having two contractors (based on their recommendations) at our property to provide us with a bid proposal. We only received one proposal three months later because I followed-up with the contractor personally. The proposal was more than three times our budget! I got the same response, more or less, from the second contractor I followed-up with. I would have expected and hoped that our landscape architects would have advised us prior to going to bid that we were grossly over-budget in our plans and provided us with alternative ideas/suggestions for us to attain some of our dreams within our budget. They demonstrated poor project management , which left us feeling a massive lack of client service, care and due diligence. Furthermore, they demonstrated a lack of expertise in which were the reasons we hired them. Lesson learned!

We worked with Katherine and her group with finishing an extremely difficult pool mosaic pool project. We were surprised how they kept close attention to detail. Look forward to another challenging project.
