Its Connecticut pesticide license, PMBR.02829, is active on the state registry under the name KEA PEST CONTROL, LLC. A 2022 customer said they called on a Monday and the company was there that Wednesday, spending 1.5 hours going over the house, including the attic, to remove yellow jacket and wasp nests and apply a preventative treatment. That 2022 customer said they also dug out a yellow jacket nest along the house foundation, and called the price reasonable with no surprise fees. A 2024 customer with a bee infestation in a barn said the company quoted the job on the phone, sprayed and physically removed hundreds of bee nests, and came out multiple times under a warranty to make sure the bees were gone. In a 2022 review, a customer said a wasp/hornet nest in a wall void cleared out on the second of several treatments, and that Rasheed, who the customer named as the owner, came out on that second visit. A 2024 customer said they would not recommend the business, writing that the owner did not know how to manage his employees or treat customers with respect. A 2022 customer said they were hit with a drastic price increase for less work and would have liked a heads-up when scheduling; in an update, that customer said Rasheed reached out with more clarity on the price change, and added a star.
