A recent customer said Ken L handled a clogged garbage disposal on Thanksgiving Day and, later, an outdoor electrical hookup. Ken L Electric does both electrical and plumbing work. Its website lists electrical service such as retrofits, exterior lighting and solar panel maintenance alongside plumbing service, and the company says it has been in business 52 years. KENNETH J. A 2025 review describes complete plumbing, HVAC and electrical installation of a new shop. In a 2023 review, a first-time customer with a buzzing outlet said he fit them in a few hours after a Saturday morning call. A 2022 customer said Shane and Curt were on site within a day for a well issue and remediated it within an hour. Getting a call back is where things went wrong. We have used Ken L Electric for several projects at our place in St. Agatha. They are very responsive, fair pricing, and professional staff. We will continue to use them on future projects. Once again Ken-L to the rescue to replace the water heater less than 24 hours notice before the renters arrived. I feel very fortunate to be able to rely on them. I highly recommend using them.
They do great work if you can get them to ever call you back. They wired and did plumbing at my house during a remodel and were very professional and knowledgeable. My only issue is since then, I’ve called to ask them to do other projects and I am told that Doug will contact you. However months go by and I am never contacted again. As someone who is a prior customer who has paid on time every time, I would at least expect the courtesy of being told “hey we are booked and cannot do it or hey we only are available 3 months from now.” At least I would know to contact someone else and not be left waiting in the dark. I would definitely use them again in the future but just need to have better communication especially for repeat customers
Called yesterday for a kitchen sink to be put in along with new piping, Colby came this morning to get the job done. Very quick response with excellent work done. Highly recommend Ken L!
