On another 2026 install, Sean and his team laid out the system to ensure proper coverage, and Sean came back at the end of the installation to make sure the design met the intent and coverage. A third customer this year says the finished cost held to the pricing estimate. When a 2026 customer's system needed repair, they came on short notice and identified defective valves, heads and wiring. Sean serviced another customer's system within 24 hours of being contacted, did much of the needed work immediately and provided a quote for the additional work within one day. One technician told a customer they needed a licensed plumber to fix the issue, and on a Sunday afternoon Sean came by to solve a connection problem that turned out to be the internet connection, not the irrigation itself. In a 2025 review, a customer said Sean and his crew handled everything from the quote request through installation and minor adjustments, and that the system had been performing flawlessly for three months; that customer said the company installed only commercial Rain Bird products. Another 2025 customer had zones added to their system and said the company worked with their other contractors. In 2023, Kyle and Andre fixed a system damaged during driveway construction and made sure it provided coverage appropriate for the space.
