Kerigan's Roofing

Kerigan's Roofing does roof work, and BuildZoom shows 40 of its projects. A 2024 customer on BuildZoom said the company completed their roof and that it came out well, adding that Matt responded quickly and helped answer their questions. A 2019 customer on BuildZoom described a very different job. That 2019 customer said that two weeks after the roof was completed there were 10 gallons of water in the living room, and that they were told the company was not responsible. The 2019 customer also said tar paper was tacked up as the fix, that a home inspection found the roof not to code, with no ice and water shield and the ridge vent and drip edge wrong, and that no permit was pulled. In that 2019 review, the customer said certified mail and BBB inquiries got no response. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0629463, as active, held by KERIGAN'S ROOFING INC.
