King Irrigation Inc is a Shrewsbury irrigation business, holding 4.3 stars from 4 ratings on Thumbtack. In a recent review, a customer whose 8 zone irrigation system was seriously damaged during a septic installation says Alex came out quickly and started debugging the problems immediately. That customer says he found lost lines on three zones, rerouted them, rewired the control wiring, added a new zone with six new rotors and replaced heads on other zones that went bad over the winter, all over the Memorial Day weekend in cold rain. In a 2024 review, a customer said Alex installed over 50 heads with 7 zones, working long hours until he and his crew were done and everything was tested properly, and called his price terrific. That customer also said Alex has been great with questions about the programming and winterization of the system. Another 2024 review said the company installed a new sprinkler system that was completed on time. In a 2024 review, a customer said they were still waiting for an estimate that was supposed to come by email, and had texted several times with no response.

I needed to fix an 8 zone irrigation system that was seriously damaged during a septic installation. The main line was cut, effectively disabling the entire system. Alex came out quickly to take a look and started debugging the problems immediately. He found lost lines on three zones, rerouted them, rewired the control wiring and added a new zone with six new rotors. Finally, he replaced heads on other zones that went bad over the winter. On top of that, all of this was done over the Memorial Day weekend in miserable cold rain when other irrigation guys were taking it easy.
No communication, still waiting for an estimate from the guy who was supposed to send me through my email and I have texted him several times but no response
