King Movers & Storage has racked up a genuinely deep track record — 73 Google ratings averaging 4.9, a Better Business Bureau A+ accreditation, and dozens of reviews that call out individual crew members by name, over and over, for the same things: care, speed, and friendliness. The most recent runs make the case well. One family describes moving their mother out of her longtime home in Lynn to East Hampton, Connecticut — the crew arrived right at 7:00 AM and packed the entire house in about two hours without damaging a single item, while handling an emotionally difficult day with real patience. Other recent reviews describe a crew disassembling and reassembling a bed for transport without a scratch, a move completed under the estimated time, and repeat customers who called them back a second time after a good first experience. The same few names — Macho, Junior, Domingo, Maxwell, Angel among them — keep showing up across these accounts, which is its own kind of consistency. It isn't a perfect history. Further back, one customer describes a verbal price quote that didn't match the written one that followed, plus a crew member who complained through the job and pushed back on basic instructions like which door to carry a couch through. That review sits alone against seventeen five-star reviews in the last six months with nothing negative among them, but it's a fair thing to ask about directly: get the price quote in writing before the truck shows up, and confirm it matches what you were told on the phone. For a local or long-distance Massachusetts move, especially one that calls for real care with fragile or sentimental items, King Movers has built a name-checked reputation for exactly that. Lock in the written quote ahead of time, and this looks like a solid call.

Domingo, Maxwell, and Carlos are the best! Only moving company I’ll ever use. Friendly, fair, and reliable.

Kings moved my daughter last year and they were phenomenal so I tried them again and they were amazing. They were quick, efficient, professional and wrapped everything very well to keep from getting any damage. I will definitely use them again.

Moving my mom out of her longtime home in Lynn, MA to East Hampton, CT was an emotional and overwhelming process—but this moving company made it the easiest part of the entire experience.

From the moment the crew arrived right at 7:00 AM, they were incredibly efficient, focused, and professional. At the same time, they showed genuine empathy and understanding for what my mom was going through, which meant more than I can put into words.

They packed up an entire house in just two hours—and did so flawlessly. Not a single item was damaged. Every piece of furniture and every belonging was handled with care and respect.

After that, they drove 2½ hours to Connecticut, and the level of service didn’t drop for a second. They unpacked everything and placed each piece exactly where it belonged, making the new house feel like home almost immediately. Then they turned around and drove all the way back to Lynn the same day.

This was hands-down the best part of an otherwise difficult transition. They exceeded every expectation we had. Moving is stressful enough—especially during emotional life changes—and the last thing anyone needs is a bad moving experience. This team delivered the exact opposite.

I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, especially families going through a challenging time. They are truly exceptional
