don't even know where to start.. the job was suppose to start June 22 he said he was backed up a week which I said no problem he started excavating June 27 then came back July 1 to keep excavating and flatting. The ground. he didn't finish that till July 22nd when they started pouring that's a month job which should take maybe a week if that and didn't finish 100% till July 27 blaming the truck the he didn't bring all the concrete, we were arguing how terrible the job came out.. if I'm a "professional" I would never have the audacity to tell the client that the work is done.. after arguing and my wife had to get involved he said he would cover the holes the rain made and sand down the extra concrete.. I also ask for concrete under my condenser he quoted me for it then said he could not do it because his bulldozer does not fit so he put stone/rocks instead and still charged me for the concrete for that area.. of course no one can control the weather but we can control the work we do, I do bathrooms and at the end of the day cif customer or client do not like the work we have to come to an agreement and if I had time to go to court I would of gone.. oh and he hit my gas meter did not mention anything to me until the gas company came to fix it 3 days later ..for him to tell me personally the job came out bad that he's sorry and still charged me full price ia ridiculous. I'm not a theft i guess naive so I paid him for an alright job sometimes it's not best to save a few bucks.. if I can give it -stars I would

Wonderful work on my yard, removed all old garden from previous owner. I would recommend anyone who needs a new lawn, he will do it. Very good communicate and update with plan.
