KM Maintenance LLC says on its website that its work runs from regular maintenance to emergency repairs, and it names New Haven, Hartford and Wallingford as its service area. The company says it has been in business 20 years. The Procore Construction Network lists electrical and plumbing among its services. A 2022 customer said they had used KM Maintenance for just over a year, that the office was friendly when they called, and that the techs were always on time and got the job done right the first time. A 2023 customer said the worker did only half the job, said he would be back the next week, then told the company he had finished. That customer also said he damaged the panels on the wall, leaving them unusable.

This guy came to this business and only did half the job, never finished it and told us he'd be back next week. Instead of that happening he told the company he finished the job and hasn't come back. I should also note he damaged the panels on the wall making them not usable anymore for there purpose.
