For one customer, Todd cleared 2 acres of land with multiple trees already cut down and lots of brush, finishing in a week. Over 4 tons of trees and brush were hauled away for one customer, who called the price great. One household had them out twice: first to haul away brush that had built up for years and clean out two wooded areas, then to cut several very large branches. A customer with a steep property said they did a tree and brush clearing and clean-up job there, and that Tom was responsive and clear about how the job would be done. The landscaping side runs from gardens to a playground. In one front garden overgrown with invasive plants, the company removed the plants and the soil, brought in new fill and loam, and cleared a similar area in the backyard; that customer said the job was completed in two days. A customer who had gardens weeded and mulched and an old weedy lawn area tilled and seeded said healthy grass is now growing, and named Sam and Thomas among the four young men who worked there. One playground area, left un-level by tree damage with a border of rotten wood and exposed bolts, was replaced with a new installation; that customer said Thomas and Adam addressed concerns promptly and the company adjusted the original plan when asked. Ridge Runner Veterinary Services says it has used the company for a few years for lawn mowing, snow plowing, flower bed and landscaping cleanup and brush removal, and calls its invoicing clear and transparent.
Knott a Problem Lawn Care and Landscaping installed a quality and beautiful area for our playground. Our prior area was un-level due to tree damage, with an unsafe border of rotten wood and exposed bolts. Throughout the project, their team demonstrated a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A few concerns/issues we had were addressed promptly by Thomas and Adam, with transparent and clear communication. We particularly appreciated their willingness to adjust the original plan when requested. Rather than simply accommodate the change, they used it as an opportunity to deliver an exceptional outcome, reflecting genuine attention to quality and client satisfaction. Based on our experience, we would work with them again and recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, professional landscaping services.
These guys are an amazing team!!! They did a fantastic tree/brush clearing/clean up job on our crazy steep property!! Tom was super responsive and paid close attention to details.
