Another that same month cited a friendly, reasonable price, and a 2023 reviewer described junk removed in a timely, professional manner. Four reviews, all five stars, all of them light-duty removal work. On licensing, Houzz publishes a construction supervisor number, CS-063407, and a home improvement registration, 195930; Thumbtack separately shows a verified Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence without printing the number. None of that has been confirmed against the state registry here, so ask to see both. Thumbtack also puts the business at three years old with four employees. If you need junk cleared, a demolition strip-out or handyman work, the record backs that up directly. For a full kitchen or bathroom remodel, you would be the first customer to write about one — so ask for addresses of completed remodels, verify the two licence numbers with the state, and treat the $100,000 end of that quoted range with appropriate care.
