Google averages 5.0 across 139 ratings, Best Pick Reports 5.0 across 89, with Houzz and BuildZoom also at 5.0 on much smaller counts. Eleven reviews landed in the last six months, none negative. The sharper notes are few and small. A September 2025 customer had a bathroom floor retiled with a new sink and recessed medicine cabinet, then hit a plumbing issue about a month afterwards. In May 2024 a reviewer publicly disagreed with the company over whether solid stain could go over already-painted wood — a technique argument rather than a complaint about the work. Call them for painting, floors, or a kitchen you want handled end to end by one team. Get the scope written down, ask which trades are in-house and which come from partners on a multi-trade job, and settle up front how punch-list items and warranty callbacks get handled.
