I am very pleased with LD Property Improvement for their exceptional service. They swiftly addressed the issue with the damaged basement ceiling caused by water leakage from the powder room on my 1st floor. They quickly identified the source of the leak (from the toilet bowl) and efficiently repaired the plumbing. For the deteriorated basement ceiling, after being patched and repainted, it now looks smooth and pristine as if it had never been damaged before. Additionally, they helped me resolve the drainage problem with the sink in the same powder room and replaced another toilet bowl on the 2nd floor. Despite the relatively small scale of the work, Tim was attentive, providing helpful consultation, and offering competitive pricing. All tasks were completed within half a day. I am thoroughly satisfied and will definitely continue to use their services in the future

Typical your area range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from L.D. Home Improvement, Inc.. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A day rate replaces the task list — usually the better deal once the list gets long.
