A 2015 customer said Luis called on the day of the estimate because he was running a little late and went into detail on exactly what he was going to do. That 2015 customer noted Luis' estimate was higher than two other quotes. A 2020 customer said LAD came out to upgrade their service, add a couple of outlets around the TV and help fix a "shotty electricians job" on their electric vehicle charging station. That 2020 customer said they reached out for a second quote about a doorbell and had not heard back. A 2019 customer said the company was the first to respond, showed up on time, came back and completed the work the same day, and provided a photo of the work. A 2014 customer said the owner came to the home at no charge to view the situation, and the work crew explained the problems and cleaned up the replaced parts.
