When the customer called that morning, they were told the job was scheduled for Saturday; the next day, at 1:36 p.m., nobody had arrived. I contracted a 42x59 inch whole cut out for Thursday June 25th Monday. We scheduled this 2 months in advance. I also had email confirmation through there project manager 3 weeks before to confirm the day for concrete cutting. I called Thursday morning and they say they have me scheduled for Saturday morning. I told them that has to be an error. He said he could get me today, Friday the 26th. It is 1:36 p.m with nobody here to cut concrete and no timeframe of when they‘ll be here. This company is unreliable and I won’t refer or use them again in the future. I called central Maine concrete cutting today. He will be here tonight at 5 to execute the job on a minutes notice. Update central Maine concrete cutting showed up and cut the wall in 2 hours. Window is installed and good to go. Use them for your concrete cutting needs.
Dont work here ever. First week I got injured on the job and they fired me, and then lied about why i was fired to me and to the maine unemployment center about why i was fired to deny me my unemployment. Awful people
