We hired Landscape Artisans to design and implement a functional and beautiful landscape for our backyard. They exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the results! The challenges that Ed and his team had to address included removing an old deck, designing and installing a retaining wall and patio that blended in with a historic farmer wall, and incorporating plantings that heavily leveraged native species. Our property backs up to a wooded hill and we wanted them to design and implement a landscape that looked attractive and well cared for without looking out of place. We also wanted a space within the woods to enjoy the scenery. Ed and his team delivered! They worked with us using an iterative design process that took into account our many wishes: seamless blending of materials, native plants, reduced maintenance, and eye pleasing results.
