Lavallee Carpentry

Nick was quick to respond and his estimate was detailed. He does great work! I highly recommend this contractor

Working with this company has been a pleasure As a Tile Install, I can’t find a lot of general contractors that care about their of a quality product as much as this company 17 years and this carpentry company is definitely one of the best of Rhode Island You’d be hard pressed to find somebody to put as much effort and caring into your property as Nick

We chose Lavallee carpentry to replace our ramp at Royal Mills Riverpoint. With over 250 apartments the ramp gets a lot of foot traffic and was in need of replacement. Nicks team showed up on time stayed on budget and got the job done. I would highly recommend Lavallee carpentry for any of your construction needs.

Nick and his company do great work and communication is always great. He redid our deck that was falling apart and the wall that was falling apart underneath it. He made sure I knew what was going on and agreed with everything that needed to be done throughout the process. Always respectful and fair. I highly suggest him for any home projects and will be using him for future projects.

I'm absolutely *Thrilled* with my new open concept kitchen with custom cabinets, a new island, a hidden closet, a new powder room along with Carlisle 8" wide plank white oak flooring throughout my home! As my general contractor, Nick Lavalle managed this $160K+ project coordinating the design, layout and specifications with my architect, cabinetmaker, painter, plasterer, electrician, plumber and stone installer. He ensured all necessary permits were pulled and the work was done according to building code. I went from a narrow *Townhouse* kitchen with upper and lower cabinets to a more spacious contemporary look. I know people will inquire about the stone, so the perimeter kitchen countertop and wall is called Gray Canyon and the waterfall island is called Florida Wave by MSI. Both are Quartzite natural stone. The island also has a docking drawer with two 120 volt outlets and multiple high-powered 65-watt USB-C ports making it very convenient to charge your smartphones, tablets or laptops. On top of the island is the S-Box popup with two 120-volt outlets that are covered with stone so they blend into the waterfall island perfectly and pops up when you need them. I'm awaiting a new Pella door for the patio which I'll have Nick install. I *Highly Recommend* Nick Lavalle Carpentry for your renovation and remodeling needs. He's reasonably priced, attention-to-detail oriented and provided piece-of-mind during the project. Thank you Nick!
