Lawn Phix

Working with Lawn Phix has been nothing short of a 5-star experience. Mark is not only a true professional but also a gentleman who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every property looks its absolute best. Having been in landscaping for many years, I’ve worked with numerous fertilization companies, and none have come close to delivering the exceptional results I’ve seen with Lawn Phix. As a detail-oriented business owner, I value precision and quality, and Mark exceeds both every time. I can confidently say there’s no one else I would recommend for fertilization services—Mark and Lawn Phix are in a league of their own.

After years of lawn issues, Lawn Phix completely turned things around for my yard. They took over mid-season last year for fertilization and pest control, and there’s been a noticeable reduction in weeds and bugs, along with a much healthier lawn! Mark, the owner, brings a personal touch that sets his service apart. He communicates clearly, provides timely updates, and offers helpful tips. A professional, detail-oriented service that takes real pride in its work, with results that speak for themselves.

This is my first year using Lawn Phix but I am very impressed with the level of service that they provide. Mark, the owner, is very responsive to all my questions. His communication via email with what he’s applying and why, as well as what it helps or prevents along with tips and advice on lawn care has been very helpful and informative. I have already seen improvements in just one year. I also use them for mosquito and tick control. I highly recommend Lawn Phix.

1st year with LawnPhix. Mark applied the proper mix of weed control, fertilizers, insect control, and turf control agents to assure a strong, healthy root system for my lawn. All of that plus aeration and overseeding along with plenty of rain this season has produced my best lawn yet.

Just 1 season so far and lawn has never looked better. Lawn pix answered all my questions whenever asked. Very transparent with every step and genuinely cares about his work.
