A recent customer with three kitchen plugs that wouldn't work said Mike came the next day, was there only an hour and found a short in them. That customer called him very reasonable and said he is local in Hampton NH. On Thumbtack, the business introduces itself as Michael LeDuc of LeDuc Electric, offering its work to New Hampshire. A 2025 customer described a 100A-to-200A service upgrade: Mike coordinated a date with the customer, Eversource and the inspector, then came out with another electrician, Tyler. Within 6-7 hours, that 2025 customer wrote, they grounded the house, removed the old meter, mount and panel, installed new ones and ran a new generator outlet. A 2025 customer said Mike put electricity, all new wiring and a meter into a barn so the customer's husband could have a work station and workout area. A 2025 customer whose outdoor outlet nearly caught fire said Mike was out the next morning to replace everything and make it safe. A 2025 reviewer with a 1958 cape said Mike helped with updates that included 20+ two-prong outlets needing a switch to three-prong. A 2026 customer said LeDuc wired a new hot tub. A recent Thumbtack reviewer said a 2-star rating reflected only a delay in communicating to start a project and that he never did any work for them. A 2026 Thumbtack reviewer said that after an initial contact message about installing lamps, there was no further communication from LeDuc. Its New Hampshire electrician licence, number 0660C, held by LeDuc Electric, is expired on the state registry.
Mike was wonderful coming next day to fix our 3 kitchen plugs that wouldn't work. He was only an hour and found a short in them. He was excellent to work with and very reasonable. Best yet he is local in Hampton NH.
friendly, responsive, respectful of my home, solved my electrical problem. will hire again.
This 2-star review was a mistake! It only reflects LeDuc's delay in communicating to start a project. I attempted to withdraw/edit this review, but this is not permitted by Thumbtack. Potential customers should know he never did any work for me.
On April 3 LeDuc responded with an initial contact message asking when I wanted to have work done. I responded: "I would like to meet you at your convenience and show you the lamps and where I would like them installed. Sometime in April?" There has been no further communication from LeDuc.
Mike and his team are responsive, skilled, fair prices - happy to have found him on the seacoast.
