Google shows a 4.2-star average from five ratings, but the one written account on file, from 2021, describes a starkly different experience: the reviewer says a crew's equipment threw a rock that broke a storm window, and staff dismissed it as not their problem in what the reviewer called a vulgar exchange. Worth asking directly about their damage/liability policy given the 2021 account, especially for any job near windows or other property.
