Leo's Painting

A 2025 customer said Leo painted their 1928 house in the Spring Glen section of Hamden, a house with its original shingles and a lot of trim. That 2025 customer wrote that they spent a lot of time on preparation and that the finished job was on budget and on time. A 2023 customer described a home-and-garage job: they sanded, primed and painted wooden shingle siding, shutters and old-fashioned storm windows, cleaning the worksite at the end of every day. That 2023 customer said Leo replaced many cedar shingles that were old and brittle and re-glazed the original windows on the garage and the basement storm windows. The same 2023 customer said Leo's price was the middle bid of three, and that added repair tasks came at only a slight increase in cost. A 2023 customer said Leo painted their entire downstairs in one day. In a 2024 review, a customer said Leo painted the exterior and many interior rooms, including repairing ceiling cracks caused by water damage, and most recently painted their detached garage to match the house. A 2022 customer who hired Leo for a second time said that project included repairing part of the ceiling, and called Leo's prices fair. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0575248, held by Leo's Painting Inc, as inactive.
