Communication is nonexistent. Follow-up and quality control is non-existent. I truly believe that they send someone into the office once a year to reply to emails, or return phone calls (and I'm only guessing on the phone calls because I've never actually had one of my 20 or so voicemails returned). They've failed to meet at least two commitments, which would be forgivable if they would actually communicate. Poor communication has ONE effect: It makes your customers feel like they're not particularly important. Get it together.

Just had a fully loaded dump truck pull out in front of me and my family . turning off RT 139 onto RT 104 . NO STOP AT THE SIGN. HE WAS GOING 35 MPH + I WAS GOING 55 MPH very unsafe and unprofessional. could've killed me and my wife and kid. SMARTEN TF UP.

My parents hired these folks to re-pave their driveway on the recommendation of friends. They discussed this with the Levi’s folks before the job. The Levi’s folks came and paved, and said when they were done that they stood by their work and would address any issues that might come up. However, after the paving the first time it rained my parents found a large puddle still in the driveway. They informed the Levi’s folks, but never got a response despite repeated outreach. We’re still waiting and hoping they’ll call back and come fix things.
