LGCY did a move out clean for me. First it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I needed it done quickly and they accommodated my schedule. They communicated well, answered all my questions promptly… The cleaning itself was fantastic. The landlord was very happy with how clean the apartment was and he’s a very tough customer. I scheduled a full-home cleaning with this company, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The final cost of the service came to almost $700, which is far outside the normal range I’ve paid in the past. I’ve had my home professionally cleaned for years, and for my square footage, I’ve consistently paid between $150–$300 with other reputable companies. The pricing I ended up with here was nowhere near what I expected based on my history of cleanings. On top of that, after signing and approving a quote, the amount shown in Jobber later did not match the original total I agreed to. I provided the company with my signed copy showing the original pricing, but the amount in their system still reflected something different. During the cleaning, the team also triggered my home security alarm, which resulted in a police dispatch and a $500 false-alarm fee that I had to pay. This happened while the cleaners were inside my home, and it added a huge unexpected expense to an already stressful situation. I attempted to resolve both issues directly and professionally, but unfortunately did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Based on the pricing, the misalignment with the quote I approved, and the costly alarm incident, I cannot recommend this company.

LGCY stopped by first thing on a Monday morning, removing a large pile of items that needed disposal, making sure my home was presentable for the fast approaching Thanksgiving holiday. While others were unavailable to respond over the weekend, LGCY made themselves available and assured me my concerns would be taken care of on the following business day first thing in the morning. LGCY was professional, personable, and pleasant. I highly recommend this service.
