I would like to share my experience with one of your live earth trucks this morning. I live on Reynolds ave in Rehoboth. As I am backing out of my driveway, my alarms started going off. I notice a white truck slowly rolling up on my vehicle. I had seen the truck several houses down . He was not speeding and he had plenty of time to slow down as he did. Which brings me back to my alarms going off. He continued to roll up in me and then tailgate me all the way to the end of the street. I am well know in the area for my out spoken political views. So my assumption is he was bothered by my 1st amendment rights. This was extremely unprofessional. So I will never use your company!

In Aug 2025 we signed a contract with Live Earth to do the initial landscaping of our brand new home. The goal was to get our lawn seed planted and germinated before the winter set in. The Live Earth team had delay after delay after delay in getting our project started and by the time they finally got the seed down, it was too close to cold weather for our lawn to fully germinate. As part of our contract, Live Earth "guarantees" the lawn and agreed to mow/fertilize/care for our lawn until it was fully germinated. I've been emailing and texting the owner Dave Czech since March of 26 to understand when the team would be back to address the lawn and what the next steps would be. We had several issues that I wanted the team to address including the lawn, the top soil was overrun with large shards of glass, seashells and plastic, one of the drainage pipes from the gutters that they installed was overflowing and causing runoff through the middle of our backyard, and there was a small sinkhole in our driveway next to the other runoff they installed. The team showed up in early May and "raked" and "re-seeded" our lawn. The rake completely tore up what little lawn we had, and the team did not put down a sufficient amount of seed to fill the holes they created in the lawn. Dave has been completely unresponsive on the other issues and told me that it was "totally normal" to find glass in topsoil. I've tried repeatedly to get him to come in person and see the issues and he has ignored my requests. We want to be able to utilize our yard this year and not wait until the end of the season to have a functional lawn. As a result, we've had to go out and buy seed and fertilizer and do the work on our own to fix these issues.

We’ve worked with Dave at Live Earth on multiple projects, and he always delivers outstanding work. Our backyard looks beautiful, and everything he does is thoughtful, high-quality, and exactly what we envision. Dave is not only talented but genuinely a great person, and his team members are wonderful — friendly, personable, and always kind. We truly enjoy working with all of them. From start to finish on our backyard and now with new projects coming up, the experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 star Overpriced and Poor Quality We hired David and Live Earth Landscaping, and it was a costly mistake. They held onto a $100,000 deposit for over two years with little progress and refused to refund it. The workmanship was subpar—rocks left in the soil, exposed wires and water lines, and a lawn that never rooted properly. Many plants died, even under warranty, and despite repeated requests, they never came back to fix the issues. I had to finish much of the work myself. For the price, the quality and service were unacceptable. Would not recommend.
