Logan Construction Co Inc

Logan Construction Co., Inc. is based in Revere and says it has served Revere and surrounding areas since 2004. Its own website presents interior and exterior painting as its services, with work in Revere and Brookline, and says the company is licensed, insured, and lead-safe certified in Massachusetts. The site also says customers can expect reasonable rates, prompt service, and flexible scheduling, although those are company claims rather than customer reviews. The customer history is very small and dated: one Google review from September 2017. That reviewer praised the company for arriving on time, delivering estimates as promised, evaluating the job carefully, and explaining the work, giving a specific but old account of professional service. Google shows one five-star rating, while BuildZoom lists eight projects and permit activity connected to the matching phone number, including work in Revere, Malden, and Brookline. Before booking, confirm the current status of the Massachusetts licences. The state registry identifies licence 130599 as expired, while BuildZoom also lists licences 114578 and 184171 without establishing that they are currently active. The available review is positive but from 2017, so ask for recent references, a written scope and estimate, and confirmation of the licence and insurance status. This may suit a homeowner seeking painting or broader residential repair work in the Revere area, provided the current credentials and exact project scope are verified first.
