Lucky Lawn Sprinkler Company installs and services sprinkler systems. A Reddit post on r/westernmass says the company installed that household's sprinkler system and has been servicing it in the spring and fall. A recent customer said Joe and his crew did a clean sprinkler installation that left the lawn looking pretty much the same as when they arrived, and that the explanation of how to operate everything was thorough. A customer who has used the company over the years says it puts them on the schedule in the fall, gives a heads-up to shut down water, and shows up as promised. A 2025 customer wrote that the company installed sprinklers and that the owner, Joe, explained the features of the Rain Bird meter and red-flagged the heads so the customer could show a landscaper where they were. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Joe mapped out a large front lawn the night before the install, and that in about 2 hours the team installed 4 zones with 26 sprinkler heads. A 2025 customer said Derrick and Tony inspected a sprinkler system that needed maintenance and repair before starting the repairs, and that after the digging, the cleanup made it "like it never happened." A 2020 reviewer wrote that nine zones were installed and the system was up and running in 3 1/2 hours. A 2024 customer wrote that after a winterization they asked for $40 off their bill for a broken irrigation control valve lid, and that Joe laughed during the phone call before saying the lid should work fine in the condition it was in.
“They installed our sprinkler system and hav been servicing it in the spring and fall. We've had a great experience with them.”
Excellent service from the consultation through the day of installation! Joe and his crew are very professional and do top notch work. After my sprinkler installation I couldn’t even tell they were there! They did a very clean install and left my lawn looking pretty much the same as when they arrived! They truly went above and beyond to make sure the system worked properly for my yard and my well. The explanation after installation on how to operate everything was extremely thorough as well. Can’t speak highly enough about Joe and his crew! They were all great! Thanks again for a job well done.
Lucky Lawn has become my go-to over the years for multiple reasons. They are proactive and just get me on the schedule in the fall - they just give me a head's up to shut down water and tell me when to expect them, and then they show up as promised. I have never had an issue getting in touch with Joe and his team otherwise to have things fixed or adjusted, and they're quick to respond! I can even just call with questions when I have them. Easy invoicing/billing process as well. Great company.
Been using Lucky Lawn Sprinkler for 15 years, and I'm happy with the job they do. Reliable, quality work.
We had our water sprinklers installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was very polite, answered all of our questions, and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The work was done well and professionally. Highly recommend!”
Lucky Lawn gave us a great price for 27 sprinkler heads and the time frame to get the job done. The Owner was well versed and believe in his work , company and his employees to get the job done correctly and on the first time. Lucky Lawn did an exceptional job on installing the sprinklers, the employees were very professional on how they worked and were very well mannered on being cautious with the property and inside of my house while installing the meter. The Owner Joe explained to me all the features of the Rain Bird meter, on how to program when to have them turn on/off, or if need to water in a quick instance. He was very professional on explaining everything and very courteous with my family. He explained all the different zones and red flagged all the heads so I could show my landscaper where they are located when he is maintaining my lawn. I recommend Lucky Lawn to my neighbors, friends and family you will be very happy with Joe, Cindy his bookkeeper and his company.
