Luxe Touch Cleaning Co

Nearly every review of Luxe Touch Cleaning mentions one name: Patricia Carvalho. The Marlborough-based house cleaner, listed in the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce's business directory, has built a local reputation almost entirely on her own hands-on work — one 2024 review notes that 'Patricia and her team' have cleaned the same house for more than two years. The reviews, nearly all from 2023 through early 2025, repeat similar notes: on-time arrival, careful attention to detail, and a house that's 'sparkling' by the time the owner gets home. In a 2023 review, a customer preparing to sell their home described Patricia cleaning out the refrigerator until it looked 'spotless and looking brand new'; another, also from 2023, said she paid attention to 'all the nooks/crannies.' Several reviewers, including two who cite years of regular service, describe her as dependable and responsible rather than a one-time hire. There isn't a clear caution to raise here — the reviews are consistently positive across more than two years, with no complaints on record. For a Marlborough-area home that wants a dependable, detail-focused cleaner, especially for recurring service, this is a well-reviewed local pick built on one person's steady, hands-on work.
