In a 2025 review, a customer who opened a wedding and events venue in Brooklyn, CT said Adam's team redesigned the property to take in a parking lot, with Adam making adjustments through weather setbacks and delays from the earth team. A 2022 customer said they had two retaining walls and a paver patio around their pool done at their Brooklyn home, along with landscaping and lighting. A 2023 customer, in a second year of landscaping work with the company, called Adam "like an artist with his Bobcat." A recent customer said they emailed for a gravel quote, were told to call, were then asked to text, and texted three times over more than a week. A 2025 customer said a delivery quote rose $30 when they called back the next day, and the promised call back never came.
