Reviewers name the same people over and over — George or Rick walking the yard and pricing the job, Maggie and Nicole keeping them posted from the office, then a crew that installs in a day. Several make a point of the lawn afterwards: "very little damage to the existing lawn, I expected a lot more" (2024), "The grass looks like they were never here" (2022), and in 2025 "all done with great care and minimal disturbance to my lawn". One 2026 customer wrote that George talked them OUT of a booster pump several other installers had insisted on, and that the system worked without it. Long relationships show up too — a 2024 reviewer had used them for ten years, a 2024 one first hired them twenty years ago at a previous house. The service side gets the same treatment: spring turn-ons, winterizations and repairs, with one 2022 customer describing fifty heads installed in 2016 and annual winterizing since.
