A 2026 customer said Evan, a heating technician, came right out on a Saturday when the boiler threw an error code and fixed it quickly. In 2025, a customer who ran out of propane at 7pm on a Friday reached an emergency line and said that within an hour the tank was filled and a technician was there to do a leak test. A 2026 customer said the company delivers their propane and did the plumbing in their new house. A 2023 customer said Heather, the manager, proposed a fair resolution after a misunderstanding over an estimate to install a hot water heat pump, and that the company held to it on a second visit that turned out more challenging than expected. A 2025 customer, a renter whose landlord has a tank from the company, said every interaction with the woman on the phone had been negative. In a 2025 review, a customer said they paid for a delivery ordered on a Friday and still had not received it almost a week later, and that the woman on the phone was rude and rushed the call. A 2023 customer called the customer service rude. A 2025 customer said they watched one of the company's drivers knock over multiple cones in a live construction zone.

Just bought and moved into my new home and 3 days later I wake up to no hot water. Not a great start. Got a recommendation for MA Haskell from the Facebook community page and called them immediately. The person on the phone was extremely nice and had two of their guys out to me just a couple of hours later. The guys were also very nice and professional and had it fixed in 15 minutes thank goodness. I can’t praise them enough! They’ve earned my business for life!
The Best, hands down, 10 out of 10!!!! We cannot be more happy with customer service, prompt attention they have always provided us. They deliver our propane, and they did an absolutely amazing job plumbing our new house. Extremely transparent and very friendly folks to deal with. That type of Customer service is a rare thing to find these days.
