M and M Movers

Moving is stressful but M&M took the stress out of the physical move yesterday! Thank you Lisa for the ease of scheduling and explaining to me how I would be charged but if less time was needed they would adjust. I spent 6 weeks packing (I’m 70 yo single female) and emptying drawers, even my boxes were organized according to size, and mirrors removed and packed from bureaus so that when Nelson and his crew came in to see what was being moved he organized them to start! They moved quickly but not carelessly along with laughter and by the time we were done unloading at my storage facility it was quite less than the estimated time! I certainly hope I can have this same group of guys for my final move to my home at the end of September!! Ignor any bad review they must not have been organized!! I’ll be calling you soon Lisa to schedule my final move as soon as I know the exact day will work! Thank you!!!

Team exceptionally rude upon delivery and removal of an appliance and damaged my house in the process of doing so. Staff have not been responsible and taken care of the damage. Done to my house. Would never recommend this company Owners do not take responsibility nor actions they promise to do, Including see the damage done to my house and repairing it as they promised they would They do not respond to my phone calls. Do not respond to my text and do not call back when they say they would. I would never recommend this company

I used this company they gauged the top of my Amish end table real wood. I called and was told the owner would call never did and that he'd be coming early in the morning during the weekend. NEVER CALLED!!! About a week later I received a text saying he'd becoming that weekend after New Years and asked for a picture of damage. I said we couldn't do it that weekend as we moved up until 2 hours before New Year's and were going to stay with friends we hadn't seen during Christmas. Nothing since! It's been over a month and I've never spoken to the owner!!!!!!! They also took 45 minutes to get to the new place with our furniture. We waited 20 minutes for them, I'm sure to make the bill go up more which it did! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!! They don't stand behind their work!!! I ended up needing another mover which I called on Christmas Eve and they answered the phone at 730 pm, I was shocked the answered. I asked if it was possible if they could come that Monday they did and the movers by Correira Brothers was amazing!!!!

They did a great job!!!!! Great team. Try them out

The secretary forgot to book me, never text me the time of move for tmw or requested a deposit and now I have to call friends and family to help out before the end of May. I definitely don’t recommend even attempting to bother using their service
