A dozen of the people writing about M&M Multi-Cleaning don't describe a cleaning at all — they count years. Three, four, seven, ten, twelve; one September 2023 reviewer had been with them almost twenty. Marco and Herminia, named as the owners in an April 2024 Angi review, run the company out of Merrimack, and its site lists house, deep, move-in/out, office, commercial, carpet and Airbnb cleaning across Merrimack, Nashua, Manchester, Bedford, Amherst, Hollis and Goffstown, with a guarantee attached.
The one-off jobs show what that buys. In August 2026, a 3,000-square-foot house was deep cleaned before going on the market. A July 2026 customer needed the whole house done top to bottom on a short timeline and got it. Another in July 2026 had Herminia and her son come out first to look at the place and scope the deep clean. A December 2024 homeowner, staring at the dust left by a remodel, called them in — and kept them on afterward for regular visits.
The work is not only houses. An April 2025 reviewer said they clean a 250-apartment building. A June 2024 client had had a home, an office and a community clubhouse on the schedule with them for ten years, and an April 2024 office customer has them in every two weeks.
What comes up again in the long-tenure reviews is the key-in-the-door part. An April 2024 client of seven-plus years wrote about trusting the team in the house when nobody is home, and one of more than ten years wrote that the crew turns up on time and does not cancel. A September 2023 reviewer whose elderly parents are the customers said the crew notices things around the house that need attention and passes them along to the daughter living out of town.
For recurring house or office cleaning around Merrimack — or a single deep clean before a sale, after a remodel, or at a move-out, like the 2017 condo where cabinets, walls, ceilings, fans, windows, floors, two bathrooms and the basement were all done in one go — this is a settled choice. Ask for the walkthrough first, since that is how the scope gets set, and say up front whether windows or carpets belong in it.
