M.G Lawn and Landscape Services does lawn and landscape work, and its Better Business Bureau grade is an A+. In a 2020 review, a customer who had first used them for plowing hired them for spring cleanup, de thatching, edging and mulching, and described Tristan and his crew as "creative, conscientious, professional and courteous." Another 2020 customer praised the "fast timeframes and great price." A 2019 review described waking on the Monday after a snowstorm to a driveway and walkways "impeccably taken care of." A separate 2019 customer wrote, "We hired them for snow plowing too." Not every job went that way. In a 2019 review, a weekly lawn-service customer wrote that the mulching and dethatching they had also hired them for were "continually pushed back," and that after a month of delays the weekly mowing went undone for days; when that customer cancelled, the owner, in the customer's words, "thought it appropriate to insinuate I was ageist." In a 2021 review, a customer wrote that performance went down, with yard lights damaged and no one coming for the fall cleanup they had signed up for over a month ahead: "Never showed up and blocked my number."
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from M.G Lawn and Landscape Services. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

Typical landscaping service around $60
At first it started well, but then performance went down, by damaging yard lights and not coming for fall cleanup. I signed up over a month ahead and he ensured me he would take care of my yard, but didn't follow through. Never showed up and blocked my number. At this point my yard was covered with leaves and just a mess. Fortunately I found a better company who is very responsive and their quality is amazing!
Great work, fast timeframes and great price, definitely recommend this business
After my experience with plowing, I hired MG lawn for spring cleanup, de thatching, edging and mulching. Tristan and his crew did an amazing job on my property. They were creative, conscientious, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business.
I was very pleased with the service that M,G Lawn and Landscape Services provided me during the recent snowstorm. I was very pleased to see when I woke up on Monday morning on 12-02-19, that my driveway and walkways were impeccably taken care of. It provided me peace of mind knowing that I would be able to be mobile during the storm.
Unbelievable!!! Truly the best... job done perfectly. We hired them for snow plowing too.
