I would give Madelyn and her team more stars if possible. Recently sold a 3-family rental property that I've owned for a very very long time; I was extremally impressed with Madelyn and her team. Madelyn and her team were very proactive throughout the entire process. I've bought and sold several properties in the past. These transactions are never smooth; there is always new regulations that a sold property must compile with. This is especially true with rental property with 3 or more apartments. Madelyn and her team knowledge of selling property and the required selling codes was impressive. Madelyn reviewed the property and made several recommends for code updates. I checked with a professional and they agreed with Madilyn. I made all of Madilyn suggested updates and all inspections when very smoothly. If you're selling property, especial rental property I would highly recommend giving Madelyn and her team a call.
