Magic Garden Tree Service was hired for a backyard tree job that a 2023 Google customer described in detail: the agreement included lowering large branches manually by rope and trimming dead branches on adjacent trees. That customer said most of the job got done, but several agreed terms, those two among them, were not followed. The same 2023 customer wrote that when the breaches were raised, owner Arturo threatened to call police and walk off the job, and the "foreman" exploded with a verbal attack. In that 2023 account, work resumed after further conversation, but the customer reported significant damage to the backyard lawn and other trees and said they spent days afterward repairing it. A 2024 Google customer wrote: "They don't finish what they agree to do."

They got most of the job done, but they did not follow several terms from our agreement including lowering large branches manually by rope, and trimming adjacent tree branches that were dead. When breaches were discussed, owner Arturo threatened to call police and walk off the job. The "foreman" exploded with a disrespectful, verbal attack. No professionalism. Eventually, after further conversation, they calmed down and resumed work. Yet, there was significant damage to our backyard lawn and other trees. My wife & I had to spend days afterward repairing the damaged areas. I do not recommend this company, as there are dozens of competitors that will perform far better overall without causing the stress and extra expense that Magic Garden caused.
