I hired MaidPro for a move-in cleaning of my vacant 1,200 sq ft home while relocating from out of state. The final cost was approximately $475. I was not notified when the cleaners arrived or left, and the initial billing had to be adjusted due to an hours discrepancy. After moving in, I found multiple issues, including cobwebs remaining on windows and walls, basement windows that had not been cleaned, and floors that still required cleaning. I was also disappointed to discover that a brand-new dishwasher had been run with packaging materials still inside and left closed afterward. My biggest frustration was the 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Because I was completing an interstate move and was not present during the cleaning, I did not have a realistic opportunity to fully inspect the property within that timeframe. By the time I discovered all of the issues, I was outside the guarantee window. While the staff was polite, the quality of the cleaning and the post-service process did not justify the cost in my experience.

Wonderful job and my house smells great too. They organized the items on my dresser and vanity really well. I never would have thought of layout. They made the beds with the assorted pillows and xtra blankets very nicely too! Highly recommend!
