A customer who had an apartment cleaned said Dulcie did a complete deep clean without taking a break and brought all her own supplies. A customer whose cleaner was Dulcey said she "was on time and did a really good job." A move-in cleaning went badly for one customer, who found the kitchen cabinets untouched and one of two bathrooms ignored. That customer said they tried for two weeks to reach Bev, whose solution was to send the cleaner back, and wrote that a refund would be more appropriate than another cleaning attempt. A customer said no one showed up for a scheduled cleaning, that they could not reach anyone on the phone, and that a credit card was demanded in advance.
Paid for a move-in cleaning, only to find kitchen cabinets untouched and one of our two bathrooms completely ignored. Photos attached as proof. Tried reaching Bev for TWO WEEKS with no proper resolution. Her solution? To send the cleaner back. What’s the point of a MOVE-IN cleaning if the house isn’t clean BEFORE we move in? At this point, a refund would be more appropriate than another cleaning attempt. Poor attention to detail, poor communication, and a complete waste of money. Would NOT recommend.
Our cleaner Dulcey, was on time and did a really good job.
