The recent reviews are short but specific. In a November 2025 Google review, a customer had the floors in several bedrooms refinished by David Baker and said they look brand new; a December 2025 reviewer said David gives honest quotes. A January 2023 review describes porcelain tile plus restored hardwood floors. The longer accounts date from 2014 to 2017. In an April 2017 review, a homeowner who got three estimates said David's written estimate was the only detailed, itemized one, and that he found an exact match for the existing flooring; that customer also noted a few missed calls and cancellations during the early visits before things ran smoothly. A June 2016 customer said David emailed the estimate, insurance papers and permit details, moved the furniture, and checked the stain color with them before finishing. In a December 2014 review, a kitchen floor refinish is laid out over four days, with sample stain patches to choose from and protective plastic over cabinets and appliances. An August 2015 reviewer found an installation issue later; David came the same day to look, and the crew fixed it the next. One June 2017 Angi review told friends and family to stay away, without saying why. The company's site offers free estimates.
