Majestic Landscapes is a South Dennis sole proprietorship that the Better Business Bureau records as started on 1 January 2007, with three employees and Jerrid Bearse as owner and manager. The owner is the person customers deal with, and they name him: a September 2025 reviewer wrote that "Jerrid is wonderful... courteous, prompt and respectful to both the customers and their properties." What to weigh. The readable record is small — fifteen reviews against the twenty-three ratings Google counts — and it leans heavily toward winter plowing, so there is less published detail on design, planting or hardscape work than the BBB service list implies. Nineteen years in business against a review record that starts in 2022 is worth asking about if longevity matters to you. A sensible call for Cape homeowners who want a reliable seasonal plow contract, especially on a second home, or straightforward lawn and clean-up work from an owner-operated crew.
