The seller of the property they are listing backed out of a deal during the week of closing. It's been over a week and I still have not received my earnest deposit. Everytime I ask the realtor Hisham Loji, He tells me he doesn't know and to email his accountant. This doesn't make any sense. Legally the funds are to be held in escrow and should acrue interest. I asked for an escrow analysis to prove that my funds are there and I am being told “they dont do that” . I want my money back!!!!!!

There will not be enough space to describe how fabulous Marilyn & Company were during this whole process. She arrived at our house one day after calling her with research that should have taken two days to compile. She was extremely courteous and did not exact any pressure on us to hire her. But I am glad we did!
