Marsicano Painting

Ron started a project of power washing deck sanding then supposed to stain it. He went on vacation for 4 weeks unannounced would not return calls so wood started to turn wet/moldy so I stained it on my own, I paid ron for the first 2 parts he did. He was so upset that I stained it he told me “u wanted to finish the deck now finish ur bedroom walls I didn’t finish” he had helped with cracks but never came back to finish them smooth then out then paint. He also used the wrong color paint in my bedroom. He was very unprofessional with terrible follow up skills and no compassion to understand the customer. I recommend ti stay far away. Never finished his work that I paid for and ghosted us on deck without telling us a thing…then got upset we finished it?

Looks good, done when he said it would be. Didn’t rush the job. Needed to wait an extra day to let the plaster repair on one wall to dry before painting. Painted the radiator, too. Cleanup could have been better. Left a fair amount of plaster dust on top of door frames. Said they would buff the floor afterwards, but just wiped damp towels over it to remove dust. Lot of dust on edges of stair treads where railings were painted.

Any time I get anything done by Ronald it turns out fantastic! He does everything for me from painting, to carpentry, to plumbing. He is always there soon after I call like 20 minutes or less. I do not know what I would do without him!
